It’s hard to find a surgeon with the kind manner, patience, sense of humour, professionalism and the gifted skill Dr Nils has been blessed with. The dedication to his career and his patients is evident – his talents are a gift to all who are fortunate enough to have him as their surgeon. I have an internal struggle with the battle of growing old gracefully and believe there is no reason why one shouldn’t be one’s best self at whatever age you are. I didn’t want invasive surgery, I just wanted a more youthful, rested, and natural look. Mission accomplished! I could not be more pleased and excited about what Dr Nils has done for me. The kindness of the staff is also unheard of – they are caring, efficient and professional and made my experience all the more pleasant and memorable.

I am very happy with the results of my neck lift. Gives me a fresher and younger look but yet no one would know I had any surgery at all. I have been a patient of Dr Irsigler for over 3 years and he has always helped me look my best but never overdone . By 5 days post surgery I could go out with a little makeup and no one noticed. After three weeks I looked great. I did Dermapen to minimise scarring after 6 weeks. Only I knew it was because of surgery. I also included a few fillers and Botox for some touch ups. Dr Irsigler and his team provided excellent support and advice through all the pre and post surgery milestones. It’s been worth every penny and more. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Irsigler if you’re looking for the best most natural and youthful you – regardless of your age.
